Yolodiary（集光日记）由 Lumoir 开发运营。我们非常重视你的隐私。你的日记内容存储在你的本地设备上，不会上传至云端服务器。我们不会将你的个人数据出售或出租给任何第三方。
Yolodiary is developed and operated by Lumoir. We take your privacy seriously. Your journal content is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to cloud servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties.

与 Yoli 的对话需要将你的输入发送至 AI 服务提供商进行处理，以生成回复。关于这一过程，请了解：
Conversations with Yoli require sending your input to an AI service provider for processing to generate responses. Please understand the following about this process:
- 对话内容仅用于生成当次回复，不会被用于训练任何 AI 模型
- Conversation content is used solely to generate the current response and will not be used to train any AI models
- Yoli 的记忆（关键记忆点、周报、月报摘要）仅存储在你的本地设备上
- Yoli's memory (key memory points, weekly/monthly summaries) is stored only on your local device
- 我们不会将你的对话内容与其他用户的数据关联或共享
- We do not associate or share your conversation content with other users' data

Yolodiary 面向 13 岁及以上用户。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果你发现未成年人在未经监护人同意的情况下使用本 App，请联系我们，我们将立即处理。
Yolodiary is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor is using the app without parental consent, please contact us and we will address it immediately.
